WHO WE ARE

Dr. (UNC) Eckhart Morré
Eckhart Morré is a physicist. After obtaining his doctorate in South America, he began working in industry as a consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. A focus on strategy, organisation, HR and restructuring gained him his first line management position as Head of Consulting at HSG Technischer Service GmbH (now Apleona). For over 17 years, he stayed with the company and made a significant contribution to its successful development into an international service organisation in more than 30 countries throughout Europe, Asia and Africa – most recently as CEO for international business.
The overriding theme of his experience was managing growth judiciously – in all aspects of organisation right up to people management: implementation, standardisation, reorganisation, re-engineering, and digital transformation in Germany and abroad. When structuring companies in the area of B2B services, from configuring new products, international partnerships financed by venture capital right up to financial investors, Eckhart Morré always had in-depth personal involvement across a wide variety of key executive appointments.
After laying the strategic foundations for the digitalisation of the Apleona group, he moved to international service provider CBRE GWS, where he assumed operational responsibility for integrated facilities management (IFM) in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Merle Belz studied information and knowledge management before various project activities brought her to the facilities management sector.
Within the context of a wide range of corporate requirements for facilities management, she acted as the backbone for hundreds of projects involving contract implementation or corporate development both in Germany and abroad. In these functions, she went beyond the classic roles of PMO or project manager to deal with critical issues of quality assurance, procedural or company law compliance, or information procurement.
Because of her long years of experience in international facilities management, Merle Belz is well acquainted with the frequently very formal challenges that arise with bids, market entry, or company law issues.
When it is clear what needs to be said, Merle Belz ensures that the wording and form of the communication convey an unequivocal message to the recipient. This is particularly imperative if changes are required.
